The Tax Appeal Board of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is a superior Court of record established to hear appeals against assessments to a number of taxes and duties, such as, income tax, value added tax, corporation tax, customs duty and anti-dumping and countervailing taxes. Click on ‘List of Legislation’ for a detailed list of the legislation under which the Court’s jurisdiction may be invoked. To date over 5000 appeals have been filed in the Court’s Registry.
